Advantage Industries balustrade posts are ideal for Class 7b and 8 Buildings (warehouses / factory’s etc) where the 3rd rail is required to ensure a 150 mm sphere is unable to pass through the opening between the nosing line of the stair treads and the rail or between the rail and the floor of the landing, balcony or the like; and the opening between rails must not be more than 460 mm. refer to NCC v1 D2.16 – 2.
